Meadville June 17 A Cochran ton drug store proprietors says five men from Cochran ton entered the shop used whiskey from a jug and helped themselves to liquor. The owner woke to the crime after his dog barked and says one of the men has offered to settle. He favors settlement over arrest.
An advertisement touts a freckle removal remedy called Othine praised by a prominent physician. It claims rapid results with double strength ethone, sold by C. C. Babbitt and Son or any druggist with a money back guarantee.
