Erie June 14 A 40 year old Benjamin Dydiec of East 16th Street was arrested on hit and run charges after allegedly running down and injuring Willisra Horn a year old riding a tricycle at 11th and Reed streets. Mrs Horn witnessed the accident and rushed her child to Hamm hospital where doctors said skull fracture is unlikely but injuries are serious.
Mrs Helena Norton of Chautauqua claims her ex husband Eliot Norton defrauded her and their two sons of a half share in a $600000 trust he created in 1924. She filed to name herself and the sons as defendants in Norton’s suit against the trustees to vacate the trust and have the funds paid out to them.

June 14 Oral Hoover of Sheffield Pennsylvania died at 2 a m while being taken to the Sheffield lockup by Chief of Police Roberta and Roy Henry. Authorities say Hoover, intoxicated, acted disorderly and was arrested on a disorderly charge. Coroner Ed Lowrey of Warren ruled death due to welu bulism and acute indigestion, noting a prior acute indigestion attack weeks earlier. A coroner’s inquest will be held. Hoover is survived by his mother a daughter and brother.
