Boarder Found Dead at Gifford Home
Harry Doherty a 98 year old boarder was found dead in his room at the Gifford home this morning. Deputy Coroner J T Harker and Dr Emvith performed the investigation noting death likely occurred during the night from heart failure. Coroner Barker did not deem an inquest necessary. Doherty had come from Union City about eight weeks ago and previously lived in Conneaut Ohio. He had been employed by Sant Stafford of Pennsylvania Gas Company. The body was taken to his room pending arrangements for disposition.

Man Found Assaulted Near East Main Street School
