Solicitor seeks dismissal of Crawford complaint against county board

County solicitor John M. McLaughlin moved to dismiss Joseph S. Crawford and county commissioners from his suit seeking reinstatement to the County Planning Commission. Crawford was removed May 7 by Commissioners Hill and Lamberton and filed June 29 claiming removal was without cause or hearing. Louis J. Raymek abstained on the vote and is named as a defendant. The objections argue the complaint fails to state a valid claim and requests a more specific pleading.
