Army Bases ROTC Training Requirements
Army eases ROTC cadet training to draw more officers while spending 24 million yearly on publicity. Indiantown Gap near Harrisburg remains demanding yet calmer, with cadets allowed cars and civilian clothes during free periods. ROTC peaked with 16,581 commissioned in 1969-70. ERIE-Three Erie teens were arrested for LSD possession, one treated for overdose, with cases proceeding in juvenile court.
