Harrisburg July 15 Immediate return of about 14,100,000 borrowed from the state motor license fund to meet relief emergencies was urged by the Pennsylvania Motors Federation AAA. The group cited Supreme Court rulings allowing Governor Earle to use funds early in the biennium and argued that repaying the loan would restore money for road building and maintenance, create jobs, and help the 1935 highway program resume normally.
