Warren Murder Arson Suspect Bound Over For Jury

Warren County district magistrate Ruth Mills ordered 43 year old Charles O'Dooley bound over to the county grand jury on a prima facie case charging arson murder in the fire that killed his wife Dollie and two children Eva and Rachel. The hearing, held in Russell, saw delays and a press ban as the public was barred from admittance while the defense pressed a meticulous cross examination. O'Dooley remains jailed awaiting arraignment and possible bail action as public defender Joseph Massa and Commonwealth witnesses, including Mrs. Mildred Marquis, testified.
