Donna DiBello 26, a Erie waitress, was shot through the heart by Miner M. Davis 45 a local restaurant operator. Police say the slaying stemmed from a love triangle quarrel. Davis was arrested minutes after the 4 48 p m call and found with a Colt 38 revolver beside the victim.
