Erie Life Insurance Director Tops Million in 1947

Fred E Kramer, director of Fred E Kramer Agencies in Erie, again produced over 1,000,000 dollars in life insurance during 1947. He is active in the Sportsman League, the BPOE, and the National Association of Life Underwriters. Fire kills three men in Troy rooming house blaze

Three men died in a downtown Troy fire that gutted a three story frame house and damaged two adjacent buildings. Coroner Anthony Matera identified the victims as Peter Murray, 53, Edward Taggor, 60, and Joseph Beaudoin, 50.
