City police cited two snowmobile drivers under the motor vehicle code. One incident involved a snowmobile in the Corry Area High School bus lineup as students departed rural areas. Clarence Cox Jr. of Union City, 41, was cited for reckless driving after driving to fetch his daughter. The second case began when officers chased a snowmobile at the Moose Club parking lot and the rider, Philip Catalin, 20, of Mead Avenue, turned the machine over while attempting a snowbank climb. he was cited for reckless driving.
