Concord School Adopts Nongraded Reading Plan
At a Corry Area Joint School Committee meeting Miss Ann Baressi proposed a nongraded reading program for kindergarten through third grade at Concord. Beginning September 1971 a 12 level system lets students progress at their own pace with enrichment for advanced learners. City Spends $100 A Man On Mediation In Police Fire Talks
