Two Titusville youths held on motor vehicle theft charges
Titusville police detain two area youths, Mike E. Ender 18 and Rudolph Anderson, on motor vehicle theft charges and detainers from Forest and Jefferson counties. They face arraignment before Alderman N. Allen Love as investigations tie them to thefts in Tionesta and Punxsutawney. Ender to be prosecuted as an adult. Anderson to be handled by juvenile authorities.

Wattsburg veterinarian Dr. Wattsburg, nominated by the Erie County Farmers Association, is expected to be named to the Erie County Board of Health by county commissioners. He would replace Dr. R. C.
