Governor Fame today appointed Mrs Evelyn Wilson of Irie to be clerk of the Erie county court in Harrisburg. The action follows the retirement of George L Wilson and marks a transition in county court administration.
Justice George W Musey of the Peninsula district was elevated to chief justice as ceremonies were held. Maxey, 64, from Forest City Pa, has nine years on the court and earlier served as district attorney and judge in Lackawanna County.
