Recipients include Maggie Allison of Chambersburg Isaac Garver of York Miranda Shaffer of Glen Rock and Isabelle Berriman of Philadelphia. December payments funded by a Welfare Department fund of 1,238,833.24 dollars. Nearly 2,500 indigent aged applicants have been approved for monthly benefits of up to 20 dollars. Cabinet officers and mothers' assistance board members attended the presentation in the executive reception room.
