Insurance Agents Return To Work After 81 Day Walkout

About 9,000 Prudential Insurance agents returned to work as a two year contract starting December 1 was announced after nationwide balloting by the Insurance Agents International AFL. Troops and Huk Rebels Clash Near Manila

Manila Feb 20 Two clashes between Army troops and Communist Huk rebels within 26 miles of Manila left seven dead. An Army patrol killed four rebels near Paddington and one soldier was killed. A band of about 60 Huk insurgents attacked a police constabulary outpost, killing two soldiers.
