Cars Collide in Columbus Causing $3500 Damage

Waters Going Down After Allegheny Floods
The swollen Allegheny River receded slowly as the National Weather Service warned of more rain possibly driving river levels higher. Flood warnings remained for French Creek Crayford County with a crest near four feet above flood stage. US 19 Geneva Marsh and rural routes were flooded, and Pittsburgh locked Parkway West and the 10th Street Bypass due to high water.
