An 11-year-old boy admitted starting a school fire that killed 21 people last Tuesday in Paris. Police said a 14-year-old supplied the cleaning fluid and another 14-year-old was jailed to await court action. The arson was sparked by revenge over being admonished for faults not his. The blaze leveled the four story building and many victims were children attending evening music classes. The boy said he did not know anyone was in the school.
