Fragmented historic clipping blends quotes and figures across eras
A garbled OCR mash mixes varied items from public life and culture. It mentions Lincoln, Paul Muni, Zasu Pitts, and Edward Woodall, with stray notes on a 1933 Erie Railroad accident count, weather, a bank founder, and other erratic glimpses. The text is incoherent, but preserves scattered names and events.

Britain Eyes Naval Conference Amid Uncertain War Ties
A somber assembly discussed the Ma Armament conference plans with talks of another full commission meeting. Britain, wary of German influence and Japan's push to raise naval strength, eyed the 1826 naval conference as a possible future path while relations with Japan remained cordial amid a trade war. In other news, Mr and Mrs William E. McClelland of East Fourth Street were noted, and a burglary at the Wilbur residence saw furniture stolen before a fire forced a retreat after rescuing family members and pets.
