New Troop E Commander Takes Over
Capt. Robert F. Ramat, a 30 year Pennsylvania State Police veteran, assumed command of Troop E at Lawrence Park on February 1 after serving as assistant commander at Punxsutawney and leading the Corry substation in Troop H. He replaces Capt. Robert L. Dunham who moves to Harrisburg as assistant director of the Bureau of Traffic. Ramat has served at Butler DuBois Ridgway Clearfield Kane Smethport Clarion Holidaysburg and Punxsutawney.

Area Man Hurt By Tree At Drake Park
A 73 year old Pleasantville man, Ray Weaver, was injured at the Drake Well Museum grounds when a falling tree struck him during a tree removal job. He is listed in satisfactory condition at Titusville Hospital after the accident yesterday.
