A U S Marine private in a black leather jacket with a 45 caliber pistol tried to hijack a Pan American DC6 at Da Nang. After two hours, a bold move by the copilot and tear gas thwarted the effort. Chubby Boy 14 Hangs Self Over School Ridicule

In Concord Massachusetts a 14 year old freshman at Concord Carlisle Regional High School hanged himself with a necktie after leaving a note to his father saying he could not endure the ridicule at school.
