A M Davis Dies After Long Life in Corry
Anil M Davis aged nearly ninety years died Saturday night after a long illness. A native of Warren County, he lived in Corry for about a century and worked in wood turning. He is survived by two daughters Mrs Powell and Miss Beardulay of this city, several grandsons and great grandchildren. Funeral services were set for tomorrow at 3 oclock from the family home on Third Avenue.

Train wreck near Bigelow leaves one dead
One person died and twelve were seriously injured when a Northwestern train from the Twin Cities to Omaha derailed near Bigelow early this morning. All coaches left the track in the wreck.

United Press report from Meadville says Michael Ott, a railroad engineer, and his wife were badly burned in a bedroom fire. Miss Ott woke first. her dress caught fire while lighting a blaze, spreading to Ott who tried to smother the flames. Both were removed to Spencer Hospital with Mrs Ott reported dying, and the husband severely burned.

Fire at Akam Farm Causes Damage and Injury
A fire at the Akam Farm near Dowd last night started by a defective chimney in the west wing. The blaze was knocked down before Mr Akam woke, with damage estimated at five hundred dollars. Akam slipped on stairs while seeking water and sustained serious injuries, remaining bedridden. One house section was destroyed.

Warrant Out for Bad Check Man Stevenson
