School districts discharge and rehire teachers new employes

Receivers Appointed for Oil City Brewers
Judge Nelson McVicar issued receivers for the Oil City Brewing Company in United States district court after a suit in equity filed by Superior Paper Products of Carnegie. Receivers named were Stanley E. Nash Eli E. Reich and J R Patrick with a $25000 bond. This marks the second brewery in the district to fall to receivers in two weeks. Mrs J Hirt and Mrs J Murphy of Giie arrived to visit in the city.
Huge Recreational Development Planned at Pymatuning
Harrisburg dispatch reports a major state program to develop Pymatuning Reservoir into a premier recreational area. A recreational engineer will plan camping fishing and vacancy facilities across 70 miles of shoreline and 600 islands with $450000 remaining for salaries and projects. Land for cottages will be leased and beaches with bathhouses provided at select sites. The upper reservoir will be a permanent wildlife sanctuary, while water levels may be augmented by spring rains to aid Beaver and Shenango Valley industries. Bost nou on an island for Sea Scouts awaits decision February 15.
