A jury acquitted Lydia Dean of first and second degree murder in the shooting death of her Air Force husband Ronald S. Dean. The widow receives her late husband’s $10,000 GI life policy. if convicted, their 4-year-old daughter would have been beneficiary. Lydia, 22, told reporters she hopes to work as a secretary to support her daughter in the United States. The verdict followed a long jury deliberation after the gunshot death at her parents’ home last December 7.
