Fisher drafts election reforms amid clouture threat

Pennsylvania Governor endorses election reform ideas to be drafted into a bill to appear in the legislature next week. Fisher's changes to the administrative code are also being prepared, with a separate bureau and budget shifts proposed. Shift in Rural Electrification Order Is Made

The Public Service Commission superseded General Order 27 the Rural Electrification Order. It lays out a method for extending electric service to rural areas with farmer surveys and a required revenue contribution before extension. The company bears extension costs while a monthly minimum charge may be applied, possibly reduced by labor or materials contributed by applicants. Tragic Boston Romance Ends In Double Tragedy

Barber Sentenced to Two Months for Cutting Woman's Hair
