MAYVILLE New York The Appellate Division Fourth Department Supreme Court upholds the conviction of Barney Gwowski 36 Dunkirk on felony charges of criminal negligence and driving while intoxicated. He was driver in a collision with Mrs Dorothy Summerlee December 21 1957 near Forestville New York, killing her. He was sentenced October 8 1958 by Judge Rollin A Fancher to a year in Monroe County Penitentiary and a 1000 dollar fine on criminal negligence and a year on the drunken driving count to run concurrently.
