Oil City police say they solved the November 10 jewelry robbery at Dickinson store with the arrest of Stanley Marsh 99 who denies involvement. Police found store merchandise in a traveling case under a couch at Marsh's home. Other items include a Christmas party, hospital updates, and local business and civic notices across Warren and vicinity.
