ILW Wright urges vigilant watch for a 28 year old man thought to be quarantined after an escape from the National Foundry. The unnamed subject weighed 160 pounds and vanished from an unguarded building, with no municipal hospital or city hall space available to detain him.
Kane Dec 1 Pennsylvania Station at Wilcox was entered overnight by burglars who blew the safe and secured 15 in change.
