The Lawrence airport Authority will meet with two state officials next Monday evening in the Municipal Building to hear them outlining the steps to certify the local airfield as eligible for federal assistance. At the last Authority meeting members decided to invite the representatives to explain the government program as they are not fully acquainted with the process.
