GUEY December 12 A Keystone Public Service Co West End power plant worker from 4047 West First Street was seriously injured at the power house Monday. While moving rivets with a hammer the tool was struck by a hammer drove into a railing, whence it fired the plunger and struck the center of the forehead. He was taken to Oil City Hospital with a fractured forehead bone and a report on his condition.
