Soviet military technicians are expected to arrive soon in Iraq to train the Iraqi armed forces using Soviet tanks planes artillery and motorized equipment. In Salt Lake City Utah five year coma ends with the death of Aren A Winn age 33. He was in a car accident and died yesterday after being unconscious since the crash. Doctors reported he had remained unconscious throughout the entire time.
