Policeman and 17 Others Caught In Drug Raids
Westmoreland County police arrested a rookie officer Allan K. Fossi and 17 others in a week long drug crackdown extending into Allegheny County. Among the arrested adults were Perry Martinelli Randy McDonald William Gibbons and Ronald Hula on trafficking charges each held on 10000 bond. Thirteen juveniles were also arrested and warrants issued for several more. About 10000 dollars worth of drugs were confiscated after the overdose led to the operation.
