Perry was not arrested.

McQuaid held after Morals of minors case in Warren
In Warren Frank Trish Mc Quaid residing in Brown Run was arrested by city police on a Morals charge under a new act. Arraigned before Justice Tracy Greenland he pleaded guilty and was remanded to county jail for court action. Two boys aged 14 and 15 provided statements alleging he bought alcohol or related items for them. Police reported other local notices and minor legal actions across Warren and surrounding areas including a gambling raid at a West Springfield cafe and an assault case in Erie with multiple local items and upcoming events.

Time keeper John W. Anderson dies in Warren home
The 50 year old John W. Anderson, head time keeper at National Forge and Ordinants Co. Irvine in Warren County, was found dead with two bullet wounds in the head. Coroner Ed Lowrey reported a 22 caliber rifle was found beside the body and one bullet passed through his cheek while the other lodged near the temple. The death is considered accidental according to the coroner.
