Outline Charges Against Area Firm
The Corry Chamber of Commerce was advised today that a suit filed against Kinzua Marketing and Research of Columbus and its allied and parent firms cites the firms for three violations of the state Consumer Protection Act. The office of the Bureau of Consumer Protection in Harrisburg says these violations are included in the suit. The company is not legally a research organization. The gift offered for an interview is not legitimate, and the organization violates the Consumer Protection Act. The Columbus office of the parent firm, National Housewares, is called Kinzua Marketing and Research and is currently making contacts by phone throughout this area.
