Mahle Co Enlarging Factory and Storage Capacity
MAHLE CO. is enlarging its plant in the third ward along the Pennay railroad. A large addition is under construction, with a new south storage area and two sheds on the north end. After completion the firm’s storage capacity will increase by about thirty to forty carloads of stock. The business requires ample well dried lumber, mainly Alaska white pine, and the A. H. Barlow Lumber Company has supplied much timber this year. The tract near Spring Creek is near completion, and Corry timber operations are winding down.
