Erie Man Held on Bank Theft Charges in Prattstown
A man calling himself John Wer ren Presho, 49, of 616 Parade Street Erie, was detained by Steuben County authorities on first degree robbery charges connected to Monday's Prattsburg state bank holdup. About $800 in cash was found on his person after arrest by state police. Presho was to be arraigned. DA Geo A. King declined further comment until then.
