Legal action planned over Meadville badlands hillside
Meadville Crawford County Soil and Water Conservation District will sue Redinger Realty Inc of Erie with the State Department of Environmental Resources over severe erosion on Baldwin street extension. The district calls the site a visual pollution and a disgrace to the northern Meadville entrance. runoff reaches French Creek. district offered to work with Redinger to reduce sedimentation.
