Carnival highlights at Corry Rainbow Girls fundraiser
The Corry Assembly Order of the Rainbow for Girls hosted a carnival at the YMCA lot featuring games of chance and skill, prizes, refreshments, and a strawberry ice cream stand. Rainbow Girls officers and advisors led committees, with Mrs. Robert Seel as mother advisor and Timothy and Tina Maker named as twins of Mrs. Bonnie Maker. The event drew community participation, while the 4-H clubs in Concord prepared demonstrations, ice cream, and cookies, and announced upcoming meetings and the August 19 Round-Up at Wattsburg Fair Grounds open to the public.
