Arrest Fifth Person In Auto Sticker Theft
Erie police arrest fifth suspect in auto inspection sticker theft at Farrell's Automotive Shop. Alton P. Hamlett, 27, charged with receiving stolen goods after admitting purchase of a sticker from Roy Isaac, 17, who pleaded guilty to larceny.
