Four Locks Installed Before Edinboro Trailer Death
Edinboro resident Karen Hufnagel had four locks added to her trailer in the two weeks before she was killed. Authorities report she bought a chain slip-lock on April 11 two days before being found shot near Route 99, with two friends fitting a padlock and two sliplocks on various doors or sheds. Police would not comment on the reports as they investigate Erie County’s third homicide this year.
