ERIE AP The IRS says Emery Kohn a Bradford income tax preparer pleaded guilty in U S District Court to two counts of willfully aiding and assisting in the preparation and presentation of fraudulent income tax returns He was sentenced to 90 days in prison three years probation and barred from preparing returns for others The arrest occurred March 10 in his Bradford office during a crackdown on dishonest tax preparers.
