State troops under direct control of war secretary ordered out

Parents To Defend Accused Corry Boy

A Fourth Ward boy accused of setting severages in West is the subject of a defense by anxious parents. Warrants issued at the request of State Fire Marshal Lower. he has not been arrested and remains out of the city, despite plans to return. Relatives insist on his innocence and will spend money for legal defense if needed. Constable Carnow holds the warrant and will seek the boy if he returns.

Corry Man May Reenter U. S. Navy

Will Hogers, a Corry native and retired U S Navy paymaster with eighteen years service, has been recalled by Washington. He plans to stay in the capital and offer himself for active duty if the Mexican situation worsens. He may rejoin the service within weeks.

Caught Boys Who Broke Guard Company Warrants Issued
