Assistant District Attorney Burton Layle announced a possible charge of involuntary manslaughter against Harry Morty, 24, of Wesleyville, the driver of the car that struck and killed eight-year-old Jacqueline Rigard near the school bus crossing in Wesleyville. A coroner's jury found the girl crossed in front of the parked bus and stepped into Morti s northbound car on Shannon Road at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday.
