Saint Marys man guilty of aggravated assault
C. L. Fredy of St. Marys found guilty by a jury of aggravated assault and battery. He was sentenced to pay a fine of 1 dollar and costs, and to one year in the Allegheny county workhouse, but the jail term was suspended. He was placed on probation for one year under G. B. Straub, with conditions to pay prosecution costs and implement payments to Kay Memorial Hospital, Dr. I. J. Sunder, and Miss Wemer in specified monthly installments.
