Two youths in jail after stolen car arrest near North East
State Troopers stopped a stolen car on Route 5 near North East. Driver fled before stopping, two youths were jailed pending federal action. Suspected owner questions and names identified include James Jacobi 18 of Sioux City South Dakota and Warren Scullen age 20 of Stillwater Minnesota. Vehicle reportedly stolen from a Auburn New York used car lot.
