A 30 hour siege ends as tear gas blanks out gunman Harless Jennings after he holds his sister-in-law Barbara Butts at a Pataski, Pennsylvania home. He surrenders to state police and is taken to Marion mental hospital. Barbara unharmed. the 10 year old observer states she was not scared. The incident began Monday afternoon when Jennings fled from custody over unauthorized use of his father-in-law's car.
