Nina Smetanina credited for killing 15 Germans as Red Army pushes deeper into fortified zones.
A federal grand jury will convene Monday to hear charges from a Senate committee investigation into the delivery of defective steel ship plates by Carnegie-Illinois Steel Corp. Tests were claimed to be faked on plates supplied to the government.
