Newark April 2 Charles M Schwab chairman of the Heule hem Steel corporation told stockholders at the annual meeting that shipbuilding departments are at full capacity and steel plants are at 80 percent of capacity up from 50 percent in January due to better transportation facilities. Pittsburg April 2 Louis Beck a 19 year old former Adams Express employee was arrested in San Francisco on charges he embezzled 860 000 from the express company in February The money entrusted for payroll to the Donora plant of the American Steel and Wire Company Beck admitted his identity and confessed the theft claiming the remaining funds were taken by pickpockets in Chicago He fled after the money box in the Pittsburg office was robbed on February 2 before being employed as a messenger.
