Uncapher a 35 year old of Newe Kensington died Tuesday at Oil City hospital from injuries after being struck by a southbound freight train near Parkers Landing north of the Clarion River at 4 35 in the afternoon. He suffered a fractured shoulder multiple broken bones internal injuries and other sorrows.
