Farrell Man Held On Liquor Charge
Philip Larus of Farrell Pennsylvania was bound over to the grand jury on charges of transporting and possessing untaxed liquor. United States Commissioner Roger Knox set bail at 500 dollars after alcohol tax agents testified they seized a five gallon can of moonshine from his car on March fifteenth.
