After planning her own funeral in detail and choosing the sermon text Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord Mrs Elizabeth Priscilla Darting Reynolds died after a long illness. Her service at the Methodist church featured Rev J W Lothian and Rev Acheson with local lodge members in attendance. She was born December 12, 1844 in Logan County Ohio and married Francis M Lanam in 1865 later marrying Harley Reynolds. She lived in Correctionville since 1877 and was active in church and community.
